Tasting notes: The wine is a true reflection of the legacy of our founder, a true and honest wine. Ruby red color with a gold-tinged rim, bright and deep.

Complex nose with aromas of cherry and ripe red fruit, over a background of blackberry jam and hints of spices, clove, vanilla and toasted aromas.

Smooth and silky tannins with a linger finish.

Ageing in oak: 18months

Food matches: Delicious with red meat, grills and roasts, game, mature and blue cheeses.

Serve at: 16-17ºC
