Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega
Cherry colour with violet edges, very high pigmented layer and tear. A nose of good intensity with a few, very typical of the variety Tinto Fino in La Ribera del Duero clear aromas of liquorice. Dairy touch, fruit brandy, roasted aromas, vanilla, nuts ... and above all lots of fruit, with light mineral touch. The palate has a powerful entrance with excellent acidity, good present tannin, which will give the wine a better texture over time. Remains long time, with a very fine finish of fruit and spices.
