A wine with its own style and intense deep red colour. Aromas of very mature fruit, very well combined with hints of wood, as vanilla, cacao and certain toasted touches, also spiced. The passage through the mouth is structured with potent, silky tannings, very mature fruit and a torrefacto retro-nose.Combination: Ideal with all types of game meats, stews, field mushrooms and semi-cured cheeses. Serve at: 14-16 ºC Alcohol (%): 13 Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah Crop: 2010 (6 months in oak)
