Colour: clear, sparkling

Nose: aromatic, delicate, very elegant. A rich aromatic bourquet which is most refreshing, blended with subtle tones of juniper enhanced with a touch of citrus, angelica and coriander, slightly smoky and spicy.

Palate: powerful and refined, balanced and blended, complex, refreshing with a touch of slightly smoky balsam and an almond undertone, then a long subtly spicy finish.
