Transparent and clean nose that brings elegance and and evocative scent with notes of anise and fruit very well assembled.On the palate, beginning notes of spicy, that soon dissapear, leaving some juniper and a very light after taste that become memories of apple. Botanical combination is displayed in its fullness in a gin and tonic where a powerful bubble enhances fruit and spice notes.
