Full, dark, deep, black-hued ruby-red colour with garnet hues on the rim. This has a firm and deeply packed bouquet of soft blackcurrant fruit with savoury cassis, green olive and fresh herbal layers that unfold gently, building in richness and volume with aeration. Medium-full bodied, this has a deeply concentrated core of blackcurrants, cassis, olives and mint. The mouthfeel is rounded, but weighty, with balanced tannin extraction and structure and fresh, lacy acidity enhancing the fruit sweetness and palate liveliness. The fruit depth and richness carries through to a lush, long and sustained finish of currants and mint. This is a soft and densely packed Cabernet Sauvignon with flavours of blackcurrants, cassis and savoury herbs and a fresh, lively mouthfeel.
