En 2019 iniciamos el proyecto de crear un vermut artesano que evocara las raíces de nuestra tierra, Zamora. Para ello usamos como base un vino blanco de la variedad Malvasía, la variedad más representativa de nuestra zona. Gran parte de los botánicos utilizados pertenecen a los campos que rodean nuestras instalaciones. El resultado: un vermut joven, diferente y desenfadado.
