Vives Ambròs es una pequeña bodega de cava, situada en Montferri (Tarragona - Spain), que nació en 1996 después de cinco generaciones dedicadas con pasión a la viticultura y la producción de vino. La experiencia acumulada de los miembros de esta familia desemboca finalmente en la elaboración artesanal de cavas de larga crianza y de gran calidad. Se basa en una limitada producción utilizando una selección de los mejores vinos que provienen de sus viñas viejas (de hasta 80 años) a los que aplican una larga crianza de tres a ocho años para obtener un producto con un bouquet fino, delicado y con personalidad.
