OLFATIVE PHASE In the olfactory phase, with a lot of aromatic personality, it has a very fresh detonation of aromas of stone fruit such as peach, medlar, with accentuated hints of pastry, vanilla, due to the aging in barrels with an elegant floral background reminiscent of roses , very suggestive. TASTE PHASE In the gustatory phase, it passes through the mouth very cottony, well integrated barrel, with balance of sweetness-very friendly acidity, subtle body, persistent and silky, all those aromas are appreciated in the aftertaste that are reminiscent of spices such as vanilla, polvorón, fruit with pacified stones and tropical fruits such as custard apple, citrus and flowers such as jasmine, rose and orange blossom. |
