Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Colour: Medium intensity cherry red with glimmers of

black cherry on the rim. Clean and bright.

Aroma: Complex, intense and elegant with a mix of spicy

aromas such as white pepper, cinnamon, flowers such as

orange blossom and violet, blackberry, fruit compote,

aromatic herbs and cocoa.

Mouth: Fresh tasting to start, pleasant and smooth. Round

and velvety with well integrated tannins. Its aromatic

structure and correct assemblage help to lengthen the

finish.
