Nuestros vinos han sido elaborados a partir de un viñedo escasamente regado, seleccionando los racimos de uva uno a uno y vendimiados a mano, posteriormente se fermentan a baja temperatura preservando así la máxima calidad. Desde el 2011 estamos comprometidos con el medio ambiente con el contrato de Custòdia Agrària y a partir de 2020 también nos certificamos con la Marca Menorca Reserva de la Biosfera, complementando así nuestro compromiso con la isla. |
