INFORMATION SHEET

For his elaboration the variety has been used only tempranillo, proceeding, almost in its entirety, of vineyards of Fishing. With a middle ages of the vineyards of 25 years, vintage and manual selection joined the exclusive microclimate of the zone, they assure in this broth balance and tipicidad.

TASTING NOTE

Upbringing of 6 months in cask bordelesa of American oak, there being despised any type of physical or chemical treatment from his elaboration.

Grape: 100 % Tempranillo.

Aspect: Thick cap of color currant intense, alive and happy, with purplish shades. Deep cap and tear thickens.

Aromas: Powerful and Francs are the aromas that migrate in the glass. Cherries, defaults and currants mark the profile monovarietal tempranillo. During his development beefy fruits appear compotadas.

Mouth: Fresh and soft to the palate, with sweet tannin that resembles the pip. Full posttaste of flavor and aromas in continuous evolution.

Temperature of service: 16 - 20ºC

Gastronomy: All kinds of meats. Pâtés and sausages.
