SOLIDARY WINE.APPEARANCE: Highly intense ruby hue, deep bodied and with a lively gleam given its concentration
NOSE: Good initial varietal expression, with fresh cherry and dark fruit notes (plums, sloes?). As it develops, the overriding aroma of fresh fruit persists, which together with the balsamic notes typical of the region give great complexity with undertones of cocoa and dried fruits, overlaid with a sensation of minerality.
PALATE: Intense impression of fresh fruit and great complexity from fresh fruit flavours to aromatic coffee and spice notes (cardamom). Long-lasting with persis¬tent finish while remaining fresh, overlaid with lightly toasted sweetish notes from the barrique.
