Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Obtained from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes grown La Mancha at an altitude of more tan 900 meters. Straw-coloured, with tropical fruit and fermentation aromas. Long and elegant on the palate with refreshing acidity.Partially fermented in new oak. Serve between 8º-10º C
