The color is currant glossy, with fine bubble. Intense and complex red fruit combined with fine lees . The palate shows the red fruits like raspberries and blackberries. Fresh, fine, elegant with a well integrated bubbles.

 

 

 

CAVES VIDAL I FERRÉ

The Vidal i Ferré Caves were founded in 1991, by the present owner, Ramon Vidal, that together with his family, decided start up a dream matured during many years.

In these small and familiar caves is born an artisanal cava. Putting the same care in all its varieties, made without haste, with a good quality basis, a lot of dedication and the desire to do things properly. Cava is elaborated using a traditional process, requiring a long rest in the silence of the Caves Vidal i Ferré, combining the grapes varieties of Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel.lo.
