In the mouth good entry, bulky, unctuous, with round tannins, good acidity, smoked and spicy notes. Long and pleasant finish. ACCOMPANIMENT: Rice with mushrooms, lamb stews, venison, partridge, stewed legumes, cured cheeses, ... BEST SERVED: It is recommended to decant 20 minutes before consumption and serve at 16-18ºC.
