Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega
This is our Syrah, shy at first, but live, exuberant and balanced once you know it. It has a granate colour, with scents of vanilla, spices and a light toast. Fun on its own but excellent with food, like red meat and strong cheeses. Enjoy it with a friend or two.
