From the variety Riesling we make this Late Harvest wine, with citric color, complex aroma, with notes of peach, lime, grapefruit, honey and toasted almonds. In the mouth it is soft, round, and presents a good structure and complexity, with a persistent and fresh ending.Should be drunk at the temperature of 8ºC, as an apperitif, pairing foie gras, sweet desserts or intense cheeses.
