TASTING NOTERed ruby colour, with blue youth reflections in the rim. Its nose shows intense red over riped fruit, sweety and pleasant. Its way through the mouth is round-up, large and velvety, showing excellent fruity compote notes, and has a large and persistent way through the mouth.
GRAPE VARIETY USED
Tempranillo, vineyard older than 40 years, bush planted and yields under 5000 kg/ha.
SOIL
Vineyards are planted 700 m above sea level, clay-limestone soil. Grown by sustainable methods.
AGEING
No aging.
FOOD MATCHES
It is recommended to decant before serving. This wine is adapted for the accompaniment of soups, fresh and semi-cured and young cheeses, seafood, grilled fish, white meats and light meals in general.
