Sight: powerful impenetrable colour, complex and clean.Nose: the firs impression is of ripe fruit compote and forest fruits; wood is in second place. Taste: as on the nose, on the mouth it is fruity, powerful, structured but with buttery and long aftertaste. Recommended for large game, red meats and wild fish.
