Notes de dégustation de la cave de vigneron Bentus has a full body and taste of a well-aged wine, with a special touch of fruity, Rioja freshness. Daily pumping-over process ensures that we capture the best expression of the hand-harvested grapes selected for this wine. The controlled alcoholic fermentation and a carefully tailored oxygen supply bring out its deep, dark cherry color. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months, this is a full and fruity wine, brimming with delicious tannins that are reminiscent of cocoa beans. While black fruit and liquorice dominate, hints of toffee, praline notes and sweet spices are released as the wine starts becoming oxigenated.
