Colour; Black cherry colour with a beautiful and attractive violet rim.

Aroma; Typical of carbonic maceration with a very intense fruit aroma. Hints of strawberry and raspberry with notes of violets and a background of licorice.

Mouth; Smooth entry on the palate that gives way to a powerful presence of fruit and spicy notes of licorice.
