Heredad 26 Mencia 2023Tasting notes of winery's winemakerGRAPE: Mencía 100% D.O.: Bierzo VISUAL PHASE: Cherry red colour of good chromatic intensity, very clean and bright, with a well covered middle layer, good tear and fluid in movement and some violet edges that denote youth. NOSE: Medium high intensity, very frank, aromas of red fruit, floral touches such as violets, herbaceous notes, very fresh and very clear thanks to the micro oxygenation. A mineral background very typical of the terroir of the Bierzo region. TASTING PHASE: Ample entry, very fresh, with fruit and acidity hand in hand very well controlled that leaves us a very good persistence. Good volume on the palate with a fairly long finish being a young wine.
