EDC lies in the heart of a volcanic massif, being our wines the only ones of volcanic origin in the entire Iberian Peninsula. At a height of 850 meters above sea level. by joining the most advanced techniques (ganimede) with traditional methods (cement vessels for manolactic fermentation) the winery comes from the 19th century and has been restored.
