Fermentation: carbonic maceration using the whole grape.

Tasting Notes:

-Cherry red color, médium layer with cardinal red nuances.

Clean and shiny.

-Fruit and floral on the nose.

-Kind in-mouth experience. Aromas of mature red fruit.Dairy and

flower flavors. Expressive tannin, quite persistent finish and a

slight bitterness, tipical of carbonic maceration wines.
