Preparation: White selection is the fusion of shades provided by the flavor of the variety Sauvignons of white grapes harvested by hand in a timely manner.

After a cold maceration film was fermented.

Maturity: Them reared (matured) in oak barrels for two months with a slight stirring over it´s fine lees.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Bright straw yellow with golden highlightsBright straw yellow with golden highlights.

Aroma: An excellent combination of citrus aromas, white flower and slight toasted reminiscences.

Taste: Broad palate, creamy, enveloping, fresh acidity and an interesting evocative persistence.
