What makes us special? First our Gin is differing in botanicals from other ones. We use elderflower, hibiscus and lemon-myrtle (imported from Australia) to create a fruity taste at first flush, then rose flavour become stronger and when you swallow it woody flavours like rosemary and licorice become dominate.
