Tasting notes of winery's winemaker A rich 50/50 blend of bright Sauvignon Blanc and richer Sauvignon Gris, close in style to wines of pricy Pessac-Léognan. Oak fermented, lees stirred, then aged in the same part-new barrels, it has a lovely seam of spicy vanilla weaving through the citrus and ripe peach notes. Drink now or cellar until end 2030. |
