Tasting notes of winery's winemaker VINIFICATION Selection of grains at the choice table. Premaceration at 4ºC for 24 hours. Maceration 12h with their own peeling. Fermentation at 14ºC for 20 days in stainless steel and final fermentation in pottery amphora. CRIANÃA Aging over its own lees for 10 months. Clarification with bentonite. In bottle 12 months before leaving the market. NOTES OF THE ENOLOGY This wine has been stabilized and filtered slightly, therefore they can appear precipitated. It will evolve well the next 2 years. TAST NOTES (At the time of packing) VISUAL ASPECTS Yellow wine with golden reflections OLFACTIVE ASPECT Complex and intense aroma of ripe fruit and dried (apricot, peach) and with notes of pineapple in syrup, nuts Brags and balsamic notes. TASTING ASPECTS Wine with good entrance and amplitude, bulky, long and persistent Wine with good acidity and a final saline Post-flavor with a memory of fruit and nuts.
