VINIFICATION Selection of grains at the choice table. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tub for 12 days and subsequent aging on lees in pottery amphora for 10 months. Clarification and light filtration.

AGING In the bottle, at least 12 months before leaving the market.

NOTES OF THE ENOLOGY In order not to break the balance of this wine, it has not stabilized, therefore it may appear precipitated In the same way, it is recommended to decant and open a little before its consumption so that it expresses itself in its fullness. The optimal service temperature is 18ºC.
