Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Clear and brilliant, pale lemon in color with green highlights and fine, tight abundant bubbles. Pronounced aromatics of white flowers like jasmin and azahar (orange blossom) over green-fruit notes of yellow apple and pear, plus subtle hints of bready yeast and hay. Dry, fresh and rewarding on the palate with flavors of ripe apple, “limonera” pear and frothy lemon fruit. A creamy mousse of good length showcasing the finesse of the vintage.
