TASTING NOTE

Garnet Cherry color. Remarkable intensity, aromas of blueberries, blackberries, cocoa, red caramel. All very well structured balanced, pleasant feelings of raspberries, cherries, charcoal, cinnamon and toasted coffee.

All this very well integrated with a very long finish.

Paring with “spoon dishes”, roasted lamb and suckling pig, also with red meats.
