Tasting notes of winery's winemaker The fermentation in small tanks followed by a light maceration and soft pumping over ensures the grapes give of their best. Submerged cap handling techniques and racking are realized by supreme care in the same way as it was elaborated traditionally. Aged in American oak barrels for 28 months and then aged in bottles for 8 years. Colour: Ruby red with a slight brick-red rim. Nose: Cherry liqueur, dried fruits, and pastry notes, with a hint of syrup and honey of fresh flowers. Touch of greedy spices and tobacco leaves.
