Tasting notes of winery's winemaker Our Gran Reserva is a wine for special occasions, elaborated using carefully selected grapes of Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano varieties. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 24 months, it is then sealed in the bottle where it continues to develop for another three years. A controlled alcoholic fermentation and a careful oxygen supply, bring out the intense ruby red colour of the wine. Concentrated aromas of plums and cherries, dried fruit and wood, this wine offers a balanced palate with hints of toasted cocoa beans and spices, with a fresh and persistent finish.
