Tasting notes of winery's winemaker Viura and Malvasia, are traditional grapes combined for an original white wine. Cold maceration to extract aromas from the skins, soft pressing, settling, cold fermentation of the clean must and stop fermentation preserving part of the natural sugars of the grape. It has pale yellow with greenish tones and golden highlights. Intense, expressive, complex and aromatic. Explosion of floral and fruit sensations. Hints of apple and pear. A wine pleasant to drink. Spacious, fresh for its acidity and silky for a delicious sweetness. The play of flavors with the right balance between sweetness and acidity invites to continue enjoying this delicacy. Our goal was to make a very special white Rioja, squeezing all the characters characteristics that our land the soils and climate transmit to our grapes. Nube is a distinctive wine. Its fermentation is stopped to keep part of the grapeâs sugars. It is a fruit-driven wine, with a soft, silky-like sensation but, also, fresh and light.
