COLOUR: Ruby red with medium-high depth of colour, clean and not much sign of evolution.

AROMA: Open and intense, reminders of red and black pepper with underlying blackberry and blackcurrant liqueur and lactic nuances coming through.

PALATE: A fresh, fruity attack with a lively edge as it passes through the mouth and a balance of acid sensations with well integrated tannins and red-berry flavours. Long, fresh and Atlantic in the retro-olfaction phase.
