- Organoleptic features:

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. The nose is notable for its abundant aroma of fresh fruit such as pineapple, melon and citrus, with a slight memory of freshly cut grass. It has a generous palate with good weight of the fruit and a marked acidity that gives it a very attractive persistence and juiciness.

- Accompaniment: In appetizer with grilled fish or seafood.

- Service temperature: between 6 ºC and 8ºC

- Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
