- Grapes: 72% TEMPRANILLO, 17% CABERNET SAUVIGNON and 11% SYRAH. Harvest 2011.

- Organoleptic features: ruby red color, middle layer. Clean and bright On the nose, clear and distinguished, with aromas of black fruit compote, noble woods, spices and balsamic memories. In mouth round, enveloping, silky, with body. Long finish, full of smoked and toasted aromas.

- Accompaniment: Ideal to accompany fish in the oven, roast lamb, rice dishes of meat, blue cheese,…

- Service temperature: between 16 ºC and 17ºC
