Tasting notes of winery's winemaker Natural, come from a Monastrell, Syrah and Garnacha coupage from plots cultivated under the certification of organic agriculture. The elaboration is to keep the qualities of grape, with the minor contribution of SO2. It remains 3-4 months in French and American oak barrels to give it longer life. It is a medium-high layer wine, with black and red fruits flavors and touches of roasted and spicy. On the palate is deep and soft. |
