Varietal: Tempranillo 85% and viura 15%.Fermentation: carbonic maceration using the whole grape. Cherrry red color, medium layer with cardinal red nuances. Clean and shiny. Fruit and floral on the nose. Kind in-mouth experience. Aromas of matures red fruit. Dairy and flower flavors. Expressive tannin, quite persistent finish and a slight bitterness, typical of carbonic maceration wines.
