Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
With a beautiful bright ruby appearance violet reflections may still be seen in the thinner layer. As for the smell, it is very intense, bringing to your mind the fruity smell of strawberries and gooseberries; also appearing very candied plum and hints of small berries. Simultaneously, balsamic aromas of vanilla and oak can be perceived, together with spiced hints of cinnamon and pepper. In palate, it comes with a smooth and velvety flavour in its entrance. Its structure is very good, reaching harmony. It also has body and volume, highlighting linging fruity aromas perceived the first time it is smelled.
