Tasting notesVisual: Shades of deep purple and blood, very clean, high intensity and brightness. Nose: Ripe fruit, compote of pears and sweet apples and quince. Advancing cocoas, dried leaves and bark, some guessing hides in the background. Palate: Tasty gile, with well-composed tannin. The evolution is favourable because of the perfect harmony between the alcohol and the sourness. The ending is well-resolved, standing out the sensation of fresh fleshiness.
