Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Grape: Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo.Tasting notes: Ruby-red colour with a golden rim, bright and deep. Complex aromas on the nose. Great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the wood (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut). The nose is further enriched by the aromas developed during bottle ageing. Smooth and balanced on the palate with a full, elegant and a long finish. Ageing in barrel: 18 months. Food pairing: Delicious with red meat, grills and roasts, game, mature and blue cheeses. Serve at: 16-17 ºC
