Grape: Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo.Tasting: Red cherry colour, bright, lively and very attractive. On the nose shows plums, cherries and ripe blackberries, with well integrated oak aromas such as vanilla, spices and toasted hints. Bottle ageing adds complexity and elegant harmony to the wine. Perfumed, smooth and supple on the palate. A pleasant and linger finish prolonging the enjoyment. Ageing in barrel: 12 months Food Pairing: The perfect choice for an infinite range of dishes: pasta, rice dishes, vegetables and mushrooms, white meat and red roasts. Serve at: 15-17 ºC
