ChardonnayOrganic wine
Eixaders was the name of a village in the old
barony of Vallbona. The name reminds us of
the hoes that we still often use out in the
field. It?s a dry wine elaborated through
natural fermentation of the must in mediumtoast
American oak barrels and aged for six
months on its lees.
Tasting notes
An intense aroma of tropical and ripe fruit
is perfectly balanced with the toasty touch
of wood and an elegant toffee hint. This is
an honest wine with intense variety flavour,
voluminous and sweet, with a touch of vanilla
and a subtle brioche scent. Ample and fullbodied
with a fresh and persistent aftertaste
