Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with glimmers of green. Surprising nose with nice fresh fruit: apple, pear, refreshing citric tones and white flowers with some hints of vanilla, brioche because of the ageing in barrel. Refreshing, perfumed on the middle palate, with a nice medium weight and long aftertaste.Food matches: Wonderful as an aperitif. Also perfect for classic combinations, such as grilled white fish and seafood, as well as vegetable dishes, fish with sauces, and white meats.
