Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
ELABORATION The fruit is pick up with care, arriving the grape intact into the winery. Furthermore, the Viura grape is destemed and crushed, and after a short and peculiar maceration process, to extract the aroma, the first grape is drained by gravity. Finally, it is ferment in stainless steel tanks at 16º-18ºC with a strict control of temperature, racked and stabilized in the way that conserves all the aromas and freshness until the moment of bottled TASTING Zuazo Gaston is a white wine with greenish yellow-colors noted, perfectly limpid. The aroma is perfectly frank, fruity, sweety and slightly herbaceous, with the particular feature of the viura variety. The first contact in the mouth maintain a high fresh level, with a balanced acidity, showing a very nice and persistence evolution.
