Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Appearance: It is a wine dressed with a clean outfit, brilliant and very elegant. It has a straw-yellow bottom wrapped in metallic and green sparkles that show us the wine as very lively and fresh. It has good colour coverage and an oily expression in glass what provides volume and structure to its beauty, and it makes us feel its amiability in mouth.

Nose: It is an intense and persistent wine. Its first memories are of mature and fresh fruit (pear, mature apple and grapefruit) that make us feel a primary and varietal magnificent sensation.

After, it transports us to a more complex second sensory level where we are seduced with white nettle, lemon balm and fennel memories. The combination is really seductive and invites to taste the wine.

Taste: Silky and nice attack that immediately invades the mouth with freshness and fruity sensation from beginning to end. This sensation leaves us a light sweetness tactile sensation in the beginning, perfectly weighted acidity and light final bitterness, closing with a balanced and well-structured sensation. This joined to the fruity and a finely balsamic essence that gives off this wine, turn it into a great wine.
