Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Appearance: Clean brilliant, with very good presence; medium colour intensity; straw-yellow colour, with metallic iridescences and greenish reflexes-; very lively, it transmits magnificently its vigour and youth. It has a subtle oily expression inside the glass, is an agile, fine and elegant wine.Nose: Medium ? high smell intensity. It expresses noble, clean and varietal aromas; basis of slightly mature white fruit, like apple, accompanied by hints of Lowland Hills dry grass. It is a very pleasant, fresh and fruity wine. Taste: Pleasant attack, agile but full of taste and lasting. It has a very well balanced expressiveness of acidity, making it fresh and easy to drink. Good sensation in the mouth, slightly salty sediment with an equally slightly bitter finish, which stimulates the appetite. The aftertaste well expresses its fruity character, giving way to very pleasant balsamic essences.
