Casa Safra is a delicate fruity Cava full of flavor elaborated with the best grapes coming from the Cava region in northeastern Spain. After a selection of the finest grapes, we extract the must which will ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature under 20?C. The obtained wine will ferment a second time in the bottle. Beautifully crisp and fruity in the mouth with gloriously fine bubbles, perfectly balanced acidity and a long and silken finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, fish, pasta, rice and light dishes.
